Daycare Worker Job in Canada Paying $19 per hour | Move to Edmonton Alberta with Family

Alberta is urgently looking for daycare workers who can move to Canada and start working as soon as possible. If you are already in Canada, you may apply for this lucrative job opportunity too. This is a full time position, and you can choose your schedule as long as you make 32 hours every week.

As always, make sure that you have a valid police clearance certificate, as this is essential, especially for applicants applying from abroad. A valid drivers license is essential to help you move around and make it to your shifts on time. Keep in mind that most jobs in Canada insist that you must have a drivers license, and if you do not have one, you may just lose a job, which could have been potentially your breakthrough. If you are living abroad and already have your drivers license, get the international drivers license, which will enable you to start driving when you land in Canada while you wait for your Canadian drivers license.

The employer is not asking for any major qualifications but needs you to be a fluent English speaker and have a one-year minimum of relevant work experience. In addition, you ought to have finished high school.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Making orders for equipment and supplies for the daycare centre.

Prepare delicious snacks for the children.

Organize furniture for rest periods and snacks.

Prepare observation records for early childhood educators, managers, and supervisors.

Talk about progress and challenges that children could be facing at the staff meetings.

Make sure that all children are in line of sight at all times to ensure safety and proper supervision.

Keep in mind that this job entails walking, standing, bending, and some lifting.

Who can apply?

Anyone interested in this job opportunity can apply, whether they are already in Canada or outside Canada. Before you apply, make sure that your resume/curriculum vitae, and cover letter are written according to the required Canadian standards.

If you apply for this job while abroad, you will most likely see a warning like what is shown above. Do not worry about it, just close it. Click on the return arrow, as shown by the red arrow, and make the application.
